General Description
C-TS 203A 4CH 80MHz SCALER is scaler of maximum 80MHz.The circuit has the counter of 24bit. LAM is output when it overflowed.The overflowed channel occurred outputs the flag to read line R1～R4 by CAMAC function F(1). LED is lighted when the input pulse width of 15nsec over.
