GENERAL DESCRIPTION

C-TS 103 8CH Long Range High Resolution TDC (Time to Digital Converter) is the module which measures time difference between start and stop signal. Achieved 3msec of data measurement at the maximum,has 125psec of resolution. Also has linearity in full scale. Hit (fold) number is 4-fold at the maximum. Start,stop and fast clear signal are all FAST NIM signal. Start and fast clear signal are common input both. Converts data in 5μsec (typ.) after stop signal is input. Can generated LAM after conversion has done.
