GENERAL DESCRIPTION
C-TS 105 8CH Long Range Ultra Resolution TDC (Time to Digital Converter) is the module which measures time difference between start and stop signal.

Achieved 10μsec of data measurement at the maximum,has 10psec of resolution. Also has linearity in full scale.

Start,stop and fast clear signal are all FAST NIM signals.

Start and fast in 1.4μsec(typ.) after stop signal is input. Can generated LAM after conversion has done.
